The problem
We had a fully renovated building to fill with different levels of clientele, and had to get the word out. I found that the best path would be an open house in which we could showcase the building and collect contact information in person.
The goal
We ultimately advertised this video on Instagram and TikTok, as well as some promotion on Facebook through neighborhood groups and HOA groups. The goal was to get the word out and entice people enough with the ad to garner more numbers.
