The problem
We had multiple clients that expressed interest in month-to-month memberships after we provided them with a tour. At the time, we were maintaining an industry standard of 6-month minimum contract for all members, but this feedback made it clear there was a wider available market of people looking for a good month-to-month option.
The goal
Create a social media post that advertises our change in contract structure, while demonstrating our brand's flexibility and dedication to better serving our community. Ultimately the ad led to 8 more tours and 5 more signings within the following two weeks, so I would consider it a success.
