About the project
VIP Beach Destinations LLC requested an update on the copy for some of their Airbnb listings that were underperforming. Upon review of the current market landscape and customer reviews, I was able to identify a few reasons as to why:
Potential issues
The listing was outdated, text-heavy, and partially incomplete. The client's booking rate and search ranking were far below comparable units on the rental market.
Solutions
Update the listing copy to grab potential customers' attention, enhance listing title to increase SEO ranking, provide details in a concise/scannable format, and ultimately increase reservations and revenue.

This beautiful family-managed 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beachfront fourth floor condo rests on 600 feet of prime sugar white sand to play on and emerald green waters to play in. Begin your first day of your beach vacation on the private balcony of your vacation condo with a cup of coffee and gorgeous views of the beach and gulf. Welcome to your beach vacation and your home away from home. Your vacation condo rental boasts incredible views from your private balcony and a spacious and fashionably decorated interior complete with all the conveniences of home. We pride ourselves in our unit's cleanliness, but also our affordable rates and ability to manage the property. Tidewater Resort is excellent with the beach just steps from your condo and just minutes from Pier Park, which is central to all things shopping, entertainment, and many fabulous restaurants.

We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. Beach towels are not provided with linens. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pickup any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay. Notes: At least 1 guest must be age 25 to rent this condo. There is a one-time resort fee of $48 + Tax. Parking and resort registration must be completed before arrival. The registration website will be listed in your arrival instructions, which will be sent a week before check-in.
Guest access
Rental of this direct beachfront condo provides full access to the condo. Guests will also have access to resort amenities.
