About the project
VIP Beach Destinations LLC requested an update on the copy for some of their Airbnb listings that were underperforming. Upon review of the current market landscape and customer reviews, I was able to identify a few reasons as to why:
Potential issues
- The listing was outdated, text-heavy, and incomplete
- The client's booking rate and search ranking were far below comparable units on the rental market
- The resort itself doesn't feature the greatest amenities
- Details were located in incorrect sections and some were entirely omitted which severely penalized our SEO ranking
Solutions
- Update the listing copy to grab potential customers' attention
- Enhance listing title to increase SEO ranking
- Provide details in a concise/scannable format
- Ultimately increase reservations and revenue
- Showcase the quality and cleanliness of the room itself and make the most out of the amenities the resort does have in the copy
- Add key details and maximize listing's accuracy to gain as much traction on SEO as possible

The space
Oceanfront, East Tower Condo overlooks the Emerald waters and white sandy Beach from your own private balcony. This air-conditioned home comes with 1 bedroom (queen bed), sleeper sofa in the living room, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher & microwave. and bath or shower in the private bathroom. WiFi and cable is included. There is a community washer and dryer on the first floor for Guests use.

The nearest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, 12 mi from the accommodations.

- Armbands are $6 each up to 4 total

Basics provided – We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed, and there is a grocery store close by for you to pick up or replenish any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay (Please also note beach towels are not provided with our linens)
