About the project
VIP Beach Destinations LLC requested an update on the copy for some of their Airbnb listings that were underperforming. Upon review of the current market landscape and customer reviews, I was able to identify a few reasons as to why:
Potential issues
- The listing was outdated, text-heavy, and partially incomplete
- SEO ranking could use some serious improvement
- The copy was not optimized for SEO and was far back in the airbnb property list when searched
- This property has excellent amenities that weren't being showcased
- Details on the room were being put first in the hierarchy of information when our strongest selling point is what the resort has to offer once you step outside
Solutions
- Utilize key terms relevant to the local market and specific resort to create a closer connection to potential client's searches and improve SEO ranking
- Increase scannability and provide a more concise message that stands out in a saturated and growing market
- Emphasize the resort's incredible amenities, while still demonstrating the quality and cleanliness of the room itself

The space
This Edgewater Beach Front Condo is on the 8th floor in Tower III, overlooking the white sandy beaches and beautiful blue water of the Gulf of Mexico!
Your property
This condo is great for small family of 4. It has an open kitchen and living area with a great view of the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware/flatware. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, and free wireless internet. Our bathroom has shower/tub combo with glass doors and bath linens for your personal use. Right off the bath is a closet with a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen TV, and a spacious closet with iron, ironing board, extra pillows, linens and blankets.Edgewater retreat is a Private Restaurant & Bar, Paradise Pizza, Edgies Corner Market (serving Starbucks Coffee), a complete Fitness Center w/massage therapist, 10 Lighted Tennis Courts, 2 Basketball courts, 11 Swimming pools including the resort's huge Lagoon pool, 4 hot tubs, Kids Adventure Zone with Splash Pad for the little ones, Sky Trail, Dive-In Movies by the pool, a golf course and Security 24 hrs 7 days a week.
